Snow Cake

Equipment:

Mixer and a wooden spoon
cookie cutter, mat paper with bread
aluminum foil (optional)

Materials:

250 g unsalted butter
Flour 100g sugar flour
250 g flour
200 g cashew nuts, toasted and crushed
150 g sugar for sprinkling flour, mixed with vanilla 1/2sdt

Direction:
Mix flour butter and sugar together, beat until white. add flour and nuts in small increments, mixing well using a wooden spoon.

For the dough into four parts, make up and store in refrigerator +1 hour for easy set up.

Preheat oven to 175oC. take 1 tspĀ  the dough, roll with the help of both hands, then form a crescent. set in the cake pan, bake for +10-15 minutes or until golden.

Let stand until the temperature reaches the cake room temperature, using oil absorbent kitchen tissue or newspaper. then roll over the flour sugar.

Note: cover the surface of the cake with aluminum foil, if baked too fast when changing colors.
