Shrimp Rempeyek

Ingredients:
150 g small shrimp, discard the head, washing
cooking oil
100 g rice flour
1 tbsp cornflour
250 ml water
Seasonings, puree:
1 item hazelnut
2 pieces of red chilli
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
* Stir the rice flour, cornflour and spices in water until quite thick.
* Adjust the amount of water to the level of drought rice flour.
* Enter the shrimp and stir well.
* Fried shrimp spoonful after spoonful in hot oil until crispy and cooked a lot.
* Remove and drain.
