Jakarta – Mustard is one of Europe’s distinctive flavor. The color is a yellowish and some are brown. Made from the crushed mustard seeds. Usually sold in bottles shaped like a thick jam. It was slightly spicy with a hint of acid. After use, store the remainder in the refrigerator for longer lasting.
