Triple Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
1 packet gelatin powder white
500 ml fresh milk
100 ml fresh cream
200 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
100 g button choco / choco chips
Sauce:
200 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
50 ml fresh cream
Method:
* smeua Mix ingredients together.
* Cook on low heat while stirring, melted chocolate and stir until boiling.
* Remove and stir until the steam is reduced.
* Prepare the pudding pan to taste.
* Put a few grains of chocolate buttons on the bottom of the pan.
* Pour the pudding mixture, allow it to freeze.
* Store in refrigerator until cold.
* Serve with sauce.
* Sauce: Melt chocolate. While hot, add cream, stirring until blended and slightly thick.
