* 750 gr young lamb meat, diced 2 cm
* 15 pcs skewers that have been soaked in water

Complement:

* 6 tablespoons fried onions for topping
* 15 pcs chili pepper, thinly sliced
* 10 shallot, thinly sliced
* 5 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tsp pepper powder
* 2 tablespoons lime water
Ketchup:
1. Prick satay skewer each with 4-5 pieces of meat.
2. Mix all ingredients for seasoning. C
