Tuturaga Chicken

Material:

1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 eggs, beaten off
Orange juice 2, take the water
5 tablespoons oil for sauteing
500 ml of water

Subtle seasoning:
7 red chilli
8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
5 points pecan
salt

How to Make:
1. Heat oil and saute the subtle spices, lemon grass and pandan leaves until fragrant. Then enter the chicken pieces and cook until stiff.
2. Enter the beaten eggs, stirring until the eggs form a small lump.
3. Pour water and cook until the chicken meat and gravy dries / thickens. Add lime juice and stir well. Lift. Serve while warm.
