Onion Ring

Material:
- 250 grams onions, peeled, cut round -
- Cooking oil to taste -
Dyeing material:
- 100 grams of flour -
- 2 tablespoons flour -
- 175 cc of water ice -
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt -
- 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper -
- 1 / 8 teaspoon baking powder -
- 1 egg beaten -
Sauce (mix all ingredients until smooth):
- 1 small onion, chopped -
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice -
- 10 grams of mayonnaise -
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt -
- 1 / 4 teaspoon granulated sugar -
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper -
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped -
Methode:
1. Stir flour, rice flour, salt, pepper, baking powder. Add the eggs and ice water. Stir well until smooth.
2. Heat oil. Dip the onion slices one by one into the dyeing materials.
3. Fry until cooked. Serve with sauce.
