Kamasi

West Sulawesi


Material:
- 650 grams of beef ribs, dipotng-cut -
- 2200 ml of water -
- 100 grams Breadnut, cut into pieces -
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced -
- 5 onions, thinly sliced -
- 3 large red hot pepper, cut askew -
- 4 pcs red chili -
- 3 green cayenne fruit -

- 1 stalk lemongrass, white taken, dimemarkan -
- 1 cm galangal, dimemarkan -
- 4 1 / 2 teaspoon salt -
- 2 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 50 grams of leaves, long beans (purple) -
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil -

Method:
1. Boil the beef ribs in half the water until cooked and tender.
2. Heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, red chili, red chili, green chili, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant. Stir well.
3. Pour stir into the stew beef ribs. Add salt, sugar and Breadnut. Pour the remaining water. Breadnut cook until soft.
4. Enter the string bean leaves. Cook until done
