Materials:

Material:

* 6 sheets of bread Prata / tortilia (ready to use)

Meat Burger:

* 3 tablespoons margarine
* 250 g ground beef
* 50 g spinach leaves, boiled briefly, finely chopped
* 50 g carrot, finely shaved
* 2 tbsp plain flour
* 1 chicken egg yolk
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 / 2 onion, finely chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon salt

Complement:

* 4 sheets of leaf lettuce
* 1 bh Japanese cucumber, tomato slices,red apples cut       crosswise
* 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 4 tbsp tomato sauce
* 2 tsp mustrad

Method:

1. Preheat oven or other grill, bake bread Prata / tortilia       until browned.
2. Make burgers: Combine all ingredients, mix well. For the  4-6 part. The shape of each section to round and flat.       Heat margarine in skillet antilekat flat, fried until           cooked on both sides. Lift.
3. How to serve: Take a piece of bread Prata / tortillas,  place the lettuce in the middle of a little 1 / 3 side,  then put the meat burgers, apply mustrad, grammar tomatoes and cucumbers, then flush with mayonnaise and       ketchup. Put bread Prata, then fold up like a cone.
