1. chicken pieces, cut-tails = 1
2. salt and oil
3. red onion, thinly sliced = 10 cloves
4. sliced garlic thinly cloves = 2 cloves
5. honey = 3 tbs
6. cumin = 1 tsp
7. pepper = 1 tsp
8. coriander = 1 tsp
9. palm sugar = 1 tsp
10.candle nut = 3 pcs
How to cook:
1. Clean the chicken and then drained
2. Mashed the spices and mixed with honey
3. Mix the chicken evenly
4. Wait until 40 minutes
5. Fry chicken with hot oil until golden
