750 ml hot water
2 wrapped tea
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Sweet condensed mil
ice
Decoration: whipping cream and chocolate powder
How to create:
* Put wrapped tea in hot water until soupy color.
* Enter the cocoa powder, poke the average, add the sweet condensed milk, and then poke the average.
* Prepare the glass, ice,pour tea, decorative with whipping cream and chocolate powder. Serve immediately.
