Meatball Sauce

Meatball Sauce


Material:

Ground beef 1/2 kg
3 pcs garlic mashed.
Sago flour 50 grams
1 tsp salt
White egg  1 pcs

Provide:
1 basin Hot water / boiling
1 basin cold water / ice water

How to make:

Mixed all ingredients until evenly and not inherent with hands and spoons. Make dough like a ball, put inhot water to float up then move to ice water for 5 minutes. Do everything until finish.

Sauce broth:

Prepare the sauce add flavor beef add salt, pepper, and sugar. Enter meatball and cook briefly.

Serve: prepare bowl with noodle that has been boiled, give sauce and meatball put celery and onion fries.
