EMPAL SUWIR

Materials:

500 gr beef (has dalam)
2 pcs salam leaf
150 ml thick coconut milk
200 ml Oil
1 fried red onion for topping

Spices:

5 cloves red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 / 2 spoon coriander, fry without oil
Salt
1 pcs brown sugar

how to make:

- Boiled beef until soft, lift.
