Tempe Mendoan


Material:

300 g tempe, wide-thin slices of 10×15 cm
2 stem onions leaves, finely sliced
100 g rice flour
1 tbsp wheat flour
125 ml water
oil

Flavour of mashed:

2 cloves garlic
Grain 1 onion
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper grain
2 tsp salt

How to create:

• Stir fine flour with spices, spring onion, and water evenly.
• Give each snippet tempe flour in the dough.
• Frying in hot oil and flour until the dough frozen, cooked but not dry or yellow. Lift.
• Serve warm with soy sauce condiment.
