Steak Beef Tongue

Steak Beef Tongue

Material:

1 beef tongue, boiled and cooked clean
2 tbsp margarine
7 cloves of onion slices
750 ml water
8 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper powder
1 nutmeg seed,hit
7 nut clubs and 3 cm cinnamon
2 tomatm, cut according to taste
Complement: fried potatoes and vegetables setup

How to create:

1. Beef tongue, washed clean after, put in boiling water for 2 minutes, lift and currycomb skin, wash clean, and boiled until soft, lift, tiriskan.
2. Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, enter intact tongue, add sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon, poke average, enter the water and cook until the spices seep into the tongue and set dressing.
