Kaastengels


Material:

400 g wheat flour
175 g butter
175 g margarine
4 yellow egg
200 g old Edam cheese, grated

Spread:
1 chicken egg, shake

Sowing :
100 g Cheddar cheese, grated

How to create:

• Mix wheat flour with the butter and margarine.
• Add eggs, poke average.
• Mixed Edam cheese, poke average. Wait the dough for 15 minutes.
• Make the dough into small round shape.

• Toast in oven 170 C for 20 minutes until the yellow.
