Pancake with Oats breakfast menu is rich in energy and fiber, giving feeling satisfied longer.
As additional source of energy, you can add various dried fruit (prune, Sultana, dates, apricot) or fresh fruit (bananas, apples, mandarin oranges) into pancake batter. And, enjoy a pancake spread with honey.
Do not eat food that we can reduce the energy, for example gorengan and a high-fat cakes.
Should provide a healthy snack mix with a variety of dried fruits nuts (Pistachio, almon, or cashew nuts) that briefly baked.
Replace drink soda or high sugar drinks (such as sweet tea, ice syrup) with fruit juice or yoghurt shake
