OTAK-OTAK TENGGIRI FISH

Materials:
• 250 g tenggiri / kakap fish, make it smooth
• 100 g tapioca flour
• 100 cc of coconut milk 1 / 2 coconut
• 1 egg white
• 10 Kucai leaves, finely sliced
• 1 / 2 tsp salt
• 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
• 1 tsp sugar
• banana leaves to wrap
How to create:
Mixed fish, tapioca flour, salt,
sugar, pepper, sugar and milk, poke.
Add egg white and leaves Kucai, poke.
Take 1-2 tbsp dough, roll with the
banana leaf sheet, bunch the fag,
grilled over the coals of fire / in the oven
with the fire until cooked up.
Serve with peanut sauce.
Nuts sauce:
Smooth 50 gr pecan fry wityhout oil,
25 grams of fried beans, fruit 2
cayenne pepper, and 5 cayenne pepper fruit,
mixed with 100 cc water, salt,
sugar, and vinegar to taste
