Bulu Kukus (Spongecake Vapor)
Ingredients :
200 gr sugar
200 gr wheat flour
200 ml soda water
2 pcs eggs
1 tsp emulsifier (such as SP)
Suffecient Dye.

Direction :
• Put all ingredients in container, shake witk mixer during 10 minutes.
• take a third of dough, give dye, stir them.
• Prepare mold of bolu kukus, lay a base with cup paper. Pour the white dough full 70%, give dough sufficient dye on the top.
• Vapor in the large metal vessel for steaming during 20 minutes, open, and ready to serve.
