Potatoes with Milk Sauce
Materials:
500g potatoes for boiled, peeled, sliced into 6-8 slice
Water to boil the potatoes, season salt
Parsley to the sauce mixture and topping
Milk sauce:
2sdm margarine
250ml milk or use grädde
2s tsp flour
Vegetable broth taste 1 piece
pepper and salt to taste

Snow Cake
Equipment:
Mixer and a wooden spoon
cookie cutter, mat paper with bread
aluminum foil (optional)
Materials:
250 g unsalted butter
Flour 100g sugar flour
250 g flour
200 g cashew nuts, toasted and crushed
150 g sugar for sprinkling flour, mixed with vanilla 1/2sdt

Pandan Cheese Roll
Material:
6 egg yolks
2 egg whites
50 g sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier
50 gr flour
10 g cornstarch
1 / 4 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 tsp pandan paste
60 g butter, melted
buttercream, ready to use
Cheddar cheese, grated

Candil Porridge
Material:
200 gr glutinous rice flour
1 tsp water whiting
925 ml of water
200 gr brown sugar, cut into pieces
2 pandan leaves
6 tsp rice flour, dissolved in a little water
Coconut milk:
250 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
2 pieces of pandan leaves, shredded
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
