Cheese Pancakes Recipe

* 1 cup – cottage cheese
* 1 / 3 cup – flour
* 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
* 3 eggs – eggs, beaten off
* Butter – to spread the pan
Combine cottage cheese, flour, oil, and egg in large bowl. Heat a skillet over medium heat, basting with the pan with butter thinly. Spoon the batter into the pan to taste, cook until the mixture bubbles appear. Turn the dough, cook until mixture is browned.
