Ebi Cookies

Materials:

• 200 grams of margarine
• 2 grams Garlic powder
• 3 grams flavour taste
• 3 grams Sugar
• 1 egg yellow grains
• 300 grams wheat
• 20 grams Ebi (shrimp dry powder)
• 15 grams of full cream milk powder
• 5 grams of sesame (fry without oil)

Topping Ingredients:

• 1 egg yellow grains
• 25 grams of water

• 0.5 grams Salt
• 10 grams Ebi (shrimp dry powder)

How to create:
1. Shake margarine, garlic powder, flavour taste, and sugar. Stir average    until soft.
2. Enter the yellow eggs.
3. Enter a mixture of wheat, Ebi, milk powder, and sesame into a dough.
4. Rest for ± 5-10 minutes, then ground (thickness 0.5 cm.)
5. Cut the rectangle.
6. Roasted in the oven at a temperature of 175oC until half cooked.
7. Scrub with a topping and give Ebi.
8. Roasted again until cooked.

Results so: ± 480 grams
