Butter Fried Chicken, Ayam Goreng Mentega

Fried Chicken

Materials:

1 chickens cut small (35 parts)
2 tbsp soy sauce salt
2 tbsp UK sauce
2 tbsp Ang Chiu (Chinese wine)
10 pieces chive
7 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 lime fruit
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 pcs bombai onion
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt

How to Make:

Mix chicken with one tablespoon soy sauce salt, one teaspoon salt, one tablespoon England soy sauce , wait for 15 minutes.
Frying chicken until brown.
Saute garlic and bombai onion with butter until fragrant.
Mix england sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce,salt and angchiu.
Pour the mixture into the onion, enter chive, chicken, orange juice and the orange peel lime and pepper.
Saute until the flavor absorb to the chicken, serve.
